Custom-manufactured and cast products are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on curing and production schedules.

Orders are shipped via our contracted courier partners. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.

If your package arrives damaged, please request a damage report from the courier at the time of delivery.
