Cancellation & Returns

The Buyer may cancel their order before the custom manufacturing process (casting, modeling, etc.) has begun. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@enclosecasting.com or +90 554 967 97 56.

Standard, non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and undamaged.

Custom-designed, cast, or dimensioned enclosures and components produced to the Buyer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

In the event of shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, you must notify us with photographic evidence on the day of delivery. Confirmed defects will result in a free replacement or full refund.

Once a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
