Buyer: The customer placing an order through the Enclose Casting website.

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The type, quantity, and price of the products are as specified on the website. Payments are processed securely via credit or debit card through our payment infrastructure.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from standard product orders within 14 days of delivery. Custom-manufactured products — including those produced via custom molds or casting techniques to the Buyer's specifications — are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be referred to the relevant consumer arbitration boards or courts in accordance with applicable law.
